Here I am flip flopping between diets... Doing extreme diets to get weight off fast. Overeating foods, semi-starving this and that, this and that... but now its time to just do what works... Fat Smash. Its the plan that got me to m6 smallest last year - which was 140... but I desperately want to be in the 130's.

The plan is to not get discouraged and to stick with it even when the weightloss slows. I have to stop the temptation to switch to something else to hurry things along.

So here I am. Day 2 actually. I have done the OFS and Extreme. This time I started off with Original Fat Smash to see how far I can get with that. Right now, I like the idea of being kinda "loose with food" so the OFS will work. I wont start EFS until things really start slowing down for me or if I feel like I need to control food portions.

I think the problem with Extreme is that as the plan adds more and more things (cold cereal, bread, etc) your weightloss slows... and then sometimes you just get tired of the same foods once you've been through a cycle. What I did the last time..and what I will do this time.. is just stick with fat smashable foods... stay within the calorie limits in which I lose well... and go from there. Making the plan a longterm plan to follow is best.

So here we go!

Meals

1/4 cup steel cut oats
1 red apple
spoon full protein powder

brown rice
egg whites
lima and black beans


lima and black beans
vegetable soup (I only do soup when I am sick)
2 tb light sourcream

grapefruit

cherries all through the night ( I should be ashamed to eat a whole bag of frozen cherries)

I planned to exercise, but my allergy/cold drained the hell out of me... so no exercise

Woke up this morning and went to the gym

55 minutes elliptical
stretching

( So happy about the 3 pound loss :D )

egg white omelette w/ fat free feta
1 tb light scream
2 veggie sausage link

2 small grapefruits

fat free milk w pp

Hi dedikayted! Looks like you are off to a great start. Good luck and good job losing 3 lbs already!

I just started FS today. Nice to see a fellow smasher on the forum. Its kind of slow here but thats okay.
