After all the worry and frustration, wondering if I was going to live on egg whites for the rest of my life, I've hit my target (actually my 3rd target: the first was 170, the 2nd 166, and the 3rd 164 to be in the "healthy BMI range"). 78 days later (I took almost a week off from exercise as I started a workout program that left me way too sore for my own good).....I still look at my pictures from before and can't believe what a slob I was. It's almost surreal. My clothes still fit, but I need a belt to hold on the size 36 pants I still have in my collection. The funny thing is I threw out some of my 34's thinking there was no way I'd get back into them, so I guess it's time to get back out shopping :D . Anyhow, the hardest part is over. Now, it's going to be maintaining while trying to get some tone. I think getting muscle definition and tone will be much harder than maintaining the weight loss as this diet has been wonderful about portion control. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions about how to tone without really hurting yourself, I'd be glad to hear them.

After wading threw all thoses wanna be good diets that work like crab which was 63 of them one of them i just quit and it did work anyway . I finally found one that my body loves that i have been on for 6 months now and OMG really so i finally get to say so this is what it is like to feel better have more energy and be able to wear smaller sizes and shop in the name brand stores that don't have the words woman within and fashion bug and romans in them i can now go to a place called Kohls and buy a size 22 dress . Life is good in 6 months on the four day diet which is a God send if you are Obese i have lost 43 pounds in 6 months this is no typo I started this journey at 310 thinking this is not going to work they never work and in the first month i lost 15 pounds and i knew then this diet was going to work for me long term though i call it a life style change . It is so cool to be able to have a treat every 2 weeks i am in 7th heaven on this diet.

so thats my story so far if i can do it so can you

Agreed! I did it previously with FSD and kept the weight off for quite a while. Now that my wedding is only 70ish days away, I needed something to make sure my wedding dress zips up!
