After all the worry and frustration, wondering if I was going to live on egg whites for the rest of my life, I've hit my target (actually my 3rd target: the first was 170, the 2nd 166, and the 3rd 164 to be in the "healthy BMI range"). 78 days later (I took almost a week off from exercise as I started a workout program that left me way too sore for my own good).....I still look at my pictures from before and can't believe what a slob I was. It's almost surreal. My clothes still fit, but I need a belt to hold on the size 36 pants I still have in my collection. The funny thing is I threw out some of my 34's thinking there was no way I'd get back into them, so I guess it's time to get back out shopping

. Anyhow, the hardest part is over. Now, it's going to be maintaining while trying to get some tone. I think getting muscle definition and tone will be much harder than maintaining the weight loss as this diet has been wonderful about portion control. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions about how to tone without really hurting yourself, I'd be glad to hear them.
