Hello everyone i have a chocolate cake and homemade brownies in the ref they are mocking me calling my name saying eat me you know you wanna eat me. They are not being touched by me because as i have come to learn after losing 40 pounds in 6 months once on the lips forever on the hips and my body is finally changing and my lower stomach is lifting and i am starting to look good so the brownies are not going to get their wish i will not eat them and i was even tempted by homemade chocolate fudge and i did not eat it saying no and winning never felt so good

Meal 1 one ww tortilla soft shell with one tablespoon hummus and 4 oz turkey with one diet soda.
one slice ff cheese
Cal 430 Carbs 8 fiber 15 fat 8 protein 13 sodium 9 percent.


Meal 2

one bowl frozen yogurt with fruit and walnuts crushed
Cal 210 carbs 8 fiber 5 fat 7 protein 8 sodium 9 percent.



Meal 3

14 ritz crackers with one glass chocolate skim milk .

cal 280 carbs 8 fiber 7 fat 5 protein 9 sodium 11




Meal 4.


2 cups veggies with 4 oz ground beef and one tablespoon hummus and one slice ff cheese

To all my peeps it has been super cool to find out just how strong i am and strongly i believe in this diet . I have learned to tune everyone else out and just follow my diet and run with it and since that time i have lost 40 pounds and have learned if some one brings brownies in the house i can leave it for company and i can do the same thing with the cake because i know i am addicted to it . I also know once on the lips forever on the hips. It took me along time to get to this place where brownies and cake would not get eaten if they were brought into my home. Let someone else eat and and then have to work it off.

I did 40 mins on the gazelle life is good i also cleaned for 2 hours if i have any energy left
Zumba will be gotten done.

ok so this is what i did for exercise today . I cleaned the house for 3 hours and i did 15 mins on the gazelle and walked the dog in my shapeups which are awesome for 2 hours that all until tomorrow.
