2 red, yellow or green peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup) 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tsp. vegetable oil 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained 1 can (15 oz.) chili beans in sauce 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained 1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen BOCA Meatless Ground Burger 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained 1 Tbsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
COOK and stir peppers, onions and garlic in oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat 3 min.
ADD remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 30 min., stirring occasionally.
SERVE topped with chopped fresh tomatoes, green onions, shredded lettuce, hot pepper sauce or other favorite chili toppings, if desired.
