2 cups cooked brown rice 1-1/2 cup skim milk dash salt 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 4 egg whites 2 Splenda packets (optional)
Other optional ingredients: 1/2 banana (chunked) or diced peaches or diced apple 1/2 tsp grated lemon or orange rind <you get the idea>
Combine ingredients. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Pour into dish. Bake until set at 350 for 45 min to 70 min.
