I don't know if anyone else besides me eat these but I thought I throw this out there in case ya'll forgot about the good ole collard greens and actually any of the greens, mustard and turnip too. 3bunches of collard greens veggie broth (3cups) or 2veggie boullion cubes and 3cups water garlic powder onion powder salt pepper In a dutch oven or stock pot place the broth/water and seasonings Rinse and break up greens, placing them in the pot Bring to a boil covered Once boiling bring to a simmer and cook covered for at least 30-45mins
