Mexican Corn Chowder (Phase 1) E-mail

3 tblsp e.v.o.o.
1 onion
15 ou. corn (5 ears)
6 cups stock (48 ou)
2 jalapenos
1/2 cup milk
2 tblsp cilantro

Add onion and oil for 5 min. Add 2 1/4 cup corn cook 3 min. Add stock, milk and jalapenos simmer 20 min. Small pot add water and rest of corn boil 2 min. then drain (set aside). Puree your corn and then add back to stock top with your corn. (this was very spicy so easy on the jalapenos)
