"Pumpkin Pie" Smoothie (Phase 1) E-mail

1/2 c pumpkin (canned)
3/4 c vanilla lowfat yogurt
1/2 c skim milk
5 ice cubes
couple sprinkles of pumpkin pie spice (to taste)
1/2 TB splenda (if you choose)

-crush ice in a blender. add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
