INGREDIENTS
• 1 (8 ounce) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
• 1 cup canned or cooked pumpkin
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
