Quick Stew (Phase 1) E-mail

1 can diced tomatoes
1 can pinto beans
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup frozen broccoli
1/2cup red wine (the alcohol cooks off)
Cracked pepper seasoning salt
Garlic Powder

Drain the pinto beans and then put the ingredients in a 4 quart pot and bring to a boil over medium high heat. Once boiling turn down to a simmer and simmer for 15-20mins.
