Sautee garlic, onions and mushrooms
add diced tomatoes and chopped egg whites, let simmer

bake a couple of garden veggie burgers

serve over brown rice

I cut up the burgers, mixed everything all together and added some hot sauce. It was a hearty meal and very good. My sister was struggling on day 5 and she really needed this meal for a boost.
